PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Red Roo Models accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX) credit cards. Please note that we require the completion of the Credit Card Verification box on the secure order form as without this number we cannot process your order. Please make sure that you include this three digit (or four digit in the case of AMEX cards) number with you order. Failure to do so will cause delays because we will have to contact you for this information.

Orders made with invalid credit cards will result in a request for an alternate form of payment. We will contact you should this occur. Our normal means of contact is via email using the address you provide with your order. If no response is received from this email address or via telephone/fax within 14 days, we will assume that the order is no longer required and it will be cancelled and the goods returned to stock.

Customers inside Australia may pay by credit card, personal cheque, direct debit or money order.

Customers outside Australia may pay by credit card or inter-bank transfer (contact us for details). They may also pay by bank or chashier's cheque, Thomas Cook cheque or Barclay's Bank International Money Order in Australian dollars only (AU$).

Western Union International Money orders are not accepted.


 


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us either by email or phone upon receival to tell us what the issue is or to arrange to return the item to us, in original condition within 14 days and we will refund you the full price of your purchase. Please note that we will not refund you if you return an item that is partly used, damaged or without authorisation (because we may be able to resolve the issue without a return being necessary).

If you find that the item you have purchased has a part missing please contact us immediately so we can arrange to get the missing part to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that some products we sell come from overseas, often from 'cottage' manufacturers, so we may require some time to obtain a replacement part.
