Red Roo Models has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Red Roo Models does not sell, lend nor distribute any customer information to any third party.
When you visit Red Roo Models website, the following information will be recorded by our Internet Service Provider (ISP) for statistical purposes:

Our site’s secure order form requires customers to give us contact information (for example, their name and email address), financial information (credit card details) and demographic information (for example, their address, post code, state and country). Our mailing list requests customers’ and visitors’ contact information (email address). We use customer contact information (email address) from the mailing list form to send the customer information about new products, specials, or important changes in Red Roo Models’ web site and attendance at shows around the country. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.
All financial information collected is stored in accordance with best practice and Australian financial institutions regulations regarding encryption and security. We operate our secure order form and transaction process in accordance with Australian credit and sales laws. We use third party hosted secure payment pages for credit card transactions that collect and temporarily store information in accordance with Australian PCI specifications. All financial information is deleted when the transaction is completed.
Red Roo Models only provides such information to Australian Federal and State police authorities under Court direction by subpoena and warrant as may be issued for legal processes or criminal investigations.
